spacers + coilovers = worn arches!?

  Italian 3.2 V6
just having a think...

when fitting 20-25mm spacers and coilovers, -60mm (ish) drop... will the tyres not rub against the arches f**king the paint work when doing general driving, going over bump and around corners!? seing as there is about 1mm gap between them!?????????

some1 please enlighten me on this !?

cheers, piers.

yes!!

ive only got a mk2 1.6...and ive got 15mm spacers and standard springs and my wheels bounce off the arch going over bumpy roads etc..

im guessing yours would be even worse.

unless you have streched tyres,
your going to hit something,

roll the archers,
or get smaller spacers.

negative camber ftw :)

I have 15mm spacers on my 15's to make the track abit wider and they hit now and again under hard cornering, I can live with it though.

15mm delta mics hubcentric, had to get some 42mm nuts as the ones that come with them are god awful! I rounded one when first taking the wheels off.
