spark plug cover - how much for 16v

[funkimic]

driving to work this morn could smell somat funny coming thru the blowers. anyway opened the bonnet and the spark plug cover had come off and moulded itself to the manifold. doh

can u get these replaced. will it do any harm without and how much are they?? ta
