Spark Plug fitting

Just recieved my 4 new spark plugs and i was wondering how hard are they to fit?? got a quote from a garage fir £10 lol Vinny

Was easy on my 172 but had to remove inlet manifold should be easy to do on your one mate
 
  1992 MK1 Clio 1.8 16v
Not sure about modden clios but my 92 16v wasnt that easy to get to, they are fitted very deep in the block had to use a socket extension but I fitted and havent had any problems like Gav said dont over do it.

Why not just use an extender on the spanner?
 
sorry for sounding dumb but what are the reason for changing spark plugs? whats the improvements? does it just make it turn over better?

they arnet just used for starting the engine.. theyre used all the time while the engine is running... newer plugs stronger spark.... theyre a part that needs to be replaced at intervals for effieciency reasons.
