Spax Adjustment

Hi, I have just bought myself a Spax 60mm PSX kit and really pleased with it. As I have only had the kit on the Car for a day, I have not had chance to adjust the damping rate. I believe that the kit has 28 point adjustment and was just wondering what other people have set theirs to?

run it on the softest, tehre is no real benefit to upping the rebound rate.
