speaker crackel clio 182

I have newly installed an alpine stereo and new coaxial speakers but every time i go over a certain volume i get crackle in all speakers. I know its the cause of the problem is the front left speaker because if i disconnect it then the other speakers are ok even at high volume

It only really happens at a moderate volume, should i replace speaker cables for the speaker in question or get an amp so it can handle volume
