Sport Bleed nipple thread size

  Dodgy one
I'm abouts to order some stainless nipples for my front calipers, Would i be correct in thinking the ones i want are M7x1?

There seems to be no definitive answer in the 4 pages through searching!

Thanks, Rich

Hi mate, PM replied to.

They are 7mm x 1 with a 8mm head size.

The thread pitch is the same front and back but the front ones are about 2mm longer overall, but you can use the front ones one the back (i did) and they will just stick out a bit more but once you put the rubber caps back on you wont notice. They seal on the end valves and not the thread anway.

I have a pic of the overall length below but I cant remember if this screw is from the front or back :S
