sports suspension vs. coilovers

are coilovers actually worth the extra money compared to uprated sports suspension ?

sorry if its a stoopid thing to ask. just not sure weather i want to spend the extra.. as i can get uprated all round for £300... or nice coilovers for bout 600..

Think about it like this Renault spent a fortune and due to the massive numbers they make parts in could make high quality part cheap shock are about £50 wheras replacment shock made in small number for aftermarkets companines are £40 just think the quality and design that goes into it and realsie that Renaults £50 shock is equal to about £80 worth of aftermarket stuff.

£600 for coilovers is cheap realy
H and R are £750 or so and well worth it.
