Spotted a blue 172 with the ehxuast hanging off and only 3 wheels parked up on old mansfield road, near a black 172 ph1. looked like it needed some love

The exhaust isn't hanging off, that's standard on a 172, it exits at an angle otherwise it would push the back of the car up and reduce downforce.
