Spraying bump strips...

  Chelsea tractor
How much paint / laquer should I need for all 4 bump strips and boot lock?

So far it's all been primed and smoothed down with wet&dry:

i did 3 coats on mine and 3 coats of lacquer. But remeber to wet and dry betweem everycoat and on the last coat before laquer, even though it looks dull it will still turn out sweet :D Also wet and dry inbetween lacquer coats but not on the last coat ::D

2 cans of colour coat will be enough for your bump strips . And you don't need to sand down any colour coats unless you have any runs or blemishes . After the colour is dry lacquer it , thicker rather than thinner . Its a bit trial an error . If its too thin , it has a tenancy to dry with a slightly matt finish , if its too thick the chances are it will run .
