spraying wheel tirms

Car  1.5 Clio Dynamique
i know everybody sprays there alloys to white or anthracite or whatever but as fund are tight i was thinking of spraying my wheel trims. Partly just to be different and partly for practice when i get my alloys?

do you think it will look good or just a waste of time

Using them as practice for when you spray your alloys is good, but will probably look a bit pikey putting them on the car.

yee do it, just if their crappy trims then it will look daft,

tbh fella, its not that hard make sure you sand them down properly, put a good 2-3 coats of primer, then sand to make it smooth then paint, and lacquer :)

I sprayed my wheel trims white on my first car, a white Corsa. I thought it looked cool  everyone else else probably thought I was a dick.

good for experience, bad for looks :\

what you could do, and would prob look quite cool is spray the steelies, slam, widen, go for a type of euro look only by that time you'll of spent the same amount as it costs to get some decent alloys

Or save the money you were going to use for spray paint for a new set of alloys and save yourself some time and hassle while your at it.
