Spring query

This is probably a stupid question. I have the old standard springs from my 172 in the garage gathering dust. Would they fit straight on a standard 2002 1.2 or am I totally off the wall here? Just thought if I could find a use for em may as well stick em on the wife's!

I don't know with regards to actual fitting,

But obviously the sport springs are designed to handle the weight of the 2L engine, which is obviously heavier than the 1.2!

Very very true!!! Hmmm might try it and see what happens

I'd imagine it'll sit higher, be a bit stiffer, an probably not worth it!
