Spring rates and geo for rallying.

For the people that rally there Clio's, What sort of spring rates and geo do your run/recommend for tarmac rallying on your cars?

I dont know what my spring rates are atm as its what came in the car but i know its far to hard on the front and to soft on the back. Im running 1.5 degree's neg camber on the front with 6mm toe out, and as its a cup racer about 3 degree's on the back lol (yes i need to sort this). On perfectly smooth tarmac it handles fairly well but as soon as i go over anything bumpy its skips and jumps all over the place, and with the back being soft and the excesive camber the back feels very loose and slides about but once the maximum cornering force is met it really grips and unsettles the car.

Its a handful to say the least and id like to get the spring rates closer to what they should be at a minimum.

Thanks

Mike
