Springs or Coilovers(advice needed)

  Clio 1.2 2.3 2004
Hello I currently have 40mm spax suspension kit (dampers included) spent about £500 on this kit. I have decided to go lower to about 60 or 70 shall I buy some coilovers or just custom springs any advice would be good..

Here is a quick pic to see how high my car is sat.

Looking at getting fk highsport, they look like (at rear) its just a damper with adjustable spring?? What's the difference to my damper with a custom spring??

The rear dampers will be shorter to give you more pretension on the springs. Long dampers and short springs may result in the spring saying goodbye on/after a speedbump.

I'll have to wait till summer as gf wants to go away. Might go for a little stretch dno yet can't decide.

FK's are probably the only ones on the market that'll give you the drop you need, for a 1.2

100mm can be had on FK's i think.
