Really odd noise when cornering hard, any ideas what it could be?

Sounds as if the disc is rubbing on the caliper,so check the wheel bearing,the hub centre nut & wheel nuts.Also that the disc positioning grub screws do not sit proud of the disc.
Failing that,outer CV joint or both?
