Squeaking from suspension.

Basically I get knocking on full lock at low speeds. So I put the 3mm washers under my top mounts and it went! Awesome.
But then my whole car at low speeds was squeaking like mad!!!!! Anyone know if its because the top mounts need replacing?
Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Would e good to know, mine has started doing this. Drivers side only at the moment. Slow speed squeak!
