Squeeking noise coming from passenger wheel

it either squeeks when i go over a bump (speedbumps mainly) or when i sharply turn wheeel from right to left. but only if i turn it slightly.....
been told it sounds like its coming from the steering rack..... i have no idea anyboday else had this problem? car is on 63 thousand miles 53 plate 04 model clio 1.2.....

not very mechanical so need help!!!

i was just reading about that but its only on the passenger side? even happens when im driving straight and over speed-bumps thou....
