SSA Branded Suspension

Anybody know anything about this suspension? apparently its only £180 for spring and shock package. i pmd the owner of StreetStyleAutomotive.com asking about warranty and actual brand and received this helpfull reply

"Il get details of the warranty for you in the morning. As for the suspension, its made by a reputable suspension company under my instruction, basically like contract. I tell them what to make and they make it."

anybody used this suspension before? im guessing its a bag of balls for the price but never know if its a good bargain. However im not keen to be the guinea pig lol

I wouldn't, but you could ask if he will give you them to test and if they are good you will recommend them to the car forums you go on, thus he gets advertisement?

ive pmd the guy again and alls he will tell me is thats its made by one of the top 5 suspension companies but cant say anymore.

seen as hes having them made to contract can an expert give me some gud questions to pm him with?

rebound rates or something? i duno lol if he his having them made i presume hell know all the answers to my questions

£180 for suspension when you think stock stuff cost millions to develope and is more like £450 or so in quality gives you an idea what to expect.

Im not here to bully or argue. At the end of the day its upto you if you want to buy the products I offer. However, I think a few things need to be cleared up here.

Firstly, the company has been running for nearly four years now and has gained quite a popularity within the South Wales car scene.
Therefore I wouldnt sell just any old tat off the back of a lorry.
I take alot of notice about what people say about the company or the staff of the club and do my damndest to rectify any problems to a very successfull ending. Not to say I havnt been called a few things over the years coz I have lol, but the company's name is abit different.

The suspension in question, -35mm, is on speciall Offer for the next month, then it goes up to £200.
It is made by one of the top reputed manufacturers in this country. Because of the contract stipulations I cannot tell you which company makes them, however, if I said i sold PI, Spax and Cobra suspension, and regard Koni, Tein and a few others as good stuff, you'l either see who makes them or get an idea of the quality and name that this company has.

Plus when you, or whoever, receives the suspension, you'l see who its made by because of the packageing lol.

One question......if i told you it would cost £400 for them would you be more inclined to buy them with this knowledge? So why be different if the exact same stuff is cheaper?

Thanks for the reply. However Renault spend more on stock suspension and they have a large cost base and sell the parts for a higher costs so your producting a part at a much much lower cost. Regards would a high price mean I'd recomend it nope I would only go wit known compnaies and since your selling the kit with the companies mane on it why be so secrative about the supplier.

You regard Koni as good though each to there own but not me. You sell Spax and Pi stuf which I personally couldn't bring myself to sell due to there terribale (IMO) build design and development standards.

Without meaning to sound harsh those companies will sell to anyone any company will if I sold Ferrari for a living doesn't mean I'm selling a good car or its a high quality.

I'm not aware of many of the companies on the list but.
Roll cages I guess thats not the compnay name are they a particular make many cages do more harm than good due to there poor design and your safer without.

Pi, spax B and M and powerflow I dislike most of there products.

The suspension wont have the name on it, the packaging does.
I know, ive had this conversation with the suppliers, I cant understand why they dont want their name being broadcasted, I told them whats the point being so secretive if the packaging has their name written all over it? but thats the stipulation ive had to sign to and they wont change it mate. sorry.

Like I said, im not gonna kiss ass or beg people to buy, but for those that do put a product down....please dont diss something you or your mates dont have.

i take it its pi white box, dunnno why they bother, telling disstributors not to use their name on white box stuff. every monkey is sellin it on ebay as pi branded
