SSD portable hard drives

  182FF with cup packs
Seems a bit of overkill. It also depends on what/where you are plugging it in. Not all PC's have an E-SATA socket on them, but most have a USB socket, so if you're only wanting 16GB of space, just get yourself a 16GB USB flash key.

Personally I use one of these. Read speed: 34 MB/s, Write speed: 27 MB/s, waterproof to 200m and virtually indestructible in normal day to day use. I used to go through loads of USB sticks, but they would break fairloy easilly as they were flimsy plastic. I've had mine on my keyring for a couple of years now, it's scuffed to f**k, but works perfectly still.

I would much rather throw around an inexpensive pen drive than an SSD!
