Standard Clio Wheel Trim Size?

Ok, im in desperate need of alloys but I don't have the money at the moment so im going on the cheap option of wheel trims as my current Ph1 standard trims are a total mess.

Am I right in thinking they are 13"? It's not costing me anything to get them, im taking full advantage of Christmas haha! Unfortunately no one will buy me alloys though.
