Starting problems IDEAS???

Hey guys, having problems recently with my corrado, it dosnt seem to want to start first time, usually takes a couple of mins to fire up,

what could this be down to? spark plugs? starter motor?

any help appreciated

TDC sensor?? Does it only do it when engine is already warm or always when its cold or warm??

its strange it normally starts fine in the morning, its only when im going from place to place that it has a problem like after being left for a few hours

could be a number of things, when it trys to start does it turn over and turn over? does it start then cut out slowly? Does it just tick? etc?

it turns over and over then after about half a minute it slowly coughs into life lol
