steering colum is knackered

any one had trouble with there colum iv took it all to bits today and its the bottom just above the uj its a rubber bush to keep noise and vibration down,its a sh*t idea renault have made it so you cant repair it. just give em loads of money . the way around it is put it it the vice clamp it up and weld it up simple

I wish Id have known this before splashing out on a whole new unit.....£280 with labour!
