Steering rack bushes

Bought a couple of steering rack bushes from West Renault as I plan on replacing them once the weather gets better. In the kit though there's a 13mm bolt with each bush, what are those for? As the 4 bolts holding the rack to the subframe are 16mm bolts.

Also while I was under there I decided to crack the 4 16mm bolts off just to save myself a bit of time when I do the job, doesn't the ARB need dropping down? Just I can't see there being enough room to get the bolt out and past the ARB while it's still in place.

  Hi comp phase 1
Just do a search for rack bush and loads come up. There's no actual guide but I think chip did explain in a thead I saw a while a go

I have done and seen them all mate. I'll suss a way on how to get the bolt out, it was the random 13mm bolt I got with the kit I was mainly asking about as it doesn't seem to have any relevance to the rack bushes.
