steering wheel inserts cup/172

Has anyone had trouble with these (the grip things on the steering wheel). Mine are coming loose and one of them the rubber has ripped. I presume these are covered by the warranty? Please advise anyone?

Trim is covered for 1 year then renault will pay 80% for the remainder of the warrenty

Mine split/came unstuck 2 months ago when the car was 18 Months old (with 26,000 miles on the clock) and Renault Leicester replaced the whole steering wheel under warranty. I didnt pay a penny.
