Steering wheel makes a weird sqeek on clio when at full lock when parking, and ideas?

Hi
i have noticed recently that when i go to park my clio iii and am at full lock, the steering wheel sound like it is making a weird squeek and very mild vibration- this also happens when turing corners at very low speeds- normally worse in hot weather- any ideas?

Check your power steering fluid level.

Are you sure its not coming from your top mounts mate?
