step by step removing clio 172 o1 plate bumper

i recently had a problem with my light washers jets (common problem) and need to replace them i have the jets but am struggeling with removing the front bumper if any one cud giv me a step by step that wud be amazing because atm the car wont hold any washer fluid it just poors out the washers thanks alot

I've taken mine off twice now and it's fairly simply, only part that gave me trouble was getting the bumper off the wings. You have to pull out and forwards quite firmly and eventually it should start to give.
