Strange Noise Between 3-4k Revs

was out last night, and for the first time sinse installing my maxogen last week i put my foot down.

in first gear, it seems fine.
in second gear, when i hit roughlt 3k and through to 4k revs, i get a noise, which i dont know how to describe. Its kinda like a very high frequency rattle, which starts and ends very abruptly during that rev range.

Have been out to have a look this morning, and when stationary on the drive it doesnt do it.

Any ideas?

cat? My old one did it and i had a bit of broken catalist bouncing about.

no the support bracket is fine. i did think about that.

its happens in all gears i ithink except 1st...

it really does seems like its the resinance in that rev range which is making something vibrate.
