Streaming Audio Using Remote Desktop

  BMW e46 320 Ci Sport
Question: Guys can you do this? So you remote onto a desktop and then stream music onto the local machine, say using the remote desktop feature or someother tool? obviously it would require more bandwidth, but if thats no problem?

Anyone any ideas?

yeah must be a bandwidth issue then cause that doesn't work for some reason, cheers lads.

Remote Desktop Connection
Click "Options >>>"
Then click 'local resources' Tab
Under 'Remote computer sound' Click the drop down select 'Bring to this computer'

IMO, Remove desktop is the best, I use it all the time to control my car pc from my bedroom.

Edit:Opps, Didn't notice

Yeah give it a try

Running it from my PC to work i get almost CD Quality audio, but obviously that all depends on bandwidth.

You can connect to the stream using most audio players (Winamp / Media Player) but if you use the SoftSqueeze player you can skip track aswell.
