340bhp s14a, Clio2 1.4 8v
Hi,
I'm new to clio's. I'm used to Nissans and coilovers so I'm struggling a bit putting a new spring on the front of my clio for a failed MOT.
I've removed the old spring and fitted the new one with spring compressors but when i go to fit the strut onto the car it seems too long and is about an inch off the hub mounting holes. Like the spring has pushed strut apart and topped it out. Is this normal and is there any special way to fit struts?
Thanks
