Right, recently my car has developed a really loud knocking on the drivers side when doing low speeds, like 10mph and under.
When I'm driving at higher speeds there is no knocking at all though. After popping the bonnet I have noticed that the strut top is loose, I checked it against the passenger side and that one is screwed down fine, I've tried to tighten it but it doesn't do much.

I was wondering if that strut top mount is different or just standard cause I think that's the cause of the problem.
