Stuck rear seat belt need HELP!!

Hi guys my rear driver side seat belt is stuck, I have taken it out to check it,
I wanted to know is there a way to fix this problem and how can you tell if the pre-tensioner is gone or not.

Sounds to me like the pretensioner has fired.

If the pretensioner has gone your airbag light will be on.

it had a hit on the sub frame only which also deployed the driver seat air bag and driver rear belt is locked, i've replaced the seat and got a new airbag module to go in, I just wanted to know is there a way to unlock the belt plus how can you tell if the pre-tensioner is blown.

If the pretensioner is blown it'll need replacing. If it's stuck I'd say it's blown.
