Stuff on ignition not working

When ignition is on stuff doesn't work. Stuff:
Dash display,
Stereo on/off,
Lights in visors,
Nokia carkit (also stopped muting HU)

Also noticed that the interior light stopped working when the doors are opened.

All started on Friday night at the same time. Lights still come on and then the display works. Also works when I switch the HU on. But the HU won't switch off with the ignition then.

All mighty annoying and it's only been three days. Need to get in for 36K service but it'd be nice if I could explain what's at fault to them before. Else they'll do the service then want it back in a week to fix the electricals.

the stereo and nokia carkit isnt running i suspect due to a blown fuse they all run off the same one so check that first not so sure about the other stuff could be the same

Thanks, but everything works. It just isn't triggered by the iginition anymore

is anything you plug into the cigarette lighter working?

bit slow...couldn't find anything to test

no, nothing will charge from the fag lighter

first thing id do is check your fuse, theres one that runs the cigarette, music etc if its broken just replace n bobs ur uncle

doh! just a simple fuse. should of checked but as everything still half-worked i thought it's be something worse. i feel dumb

my girlfriend had an old style clio. her wipers kept coming on randomly. one day they wouldn't stop. i took the fuse out thinking that'd work. nope! eventually the motor packed-up. then she scrapped it
