stuff on my lower grill

this afternoon i was cleaning clio, and i found some dark green/black oilly stuff on my lower grill/plastic bit. i couldnt really tell wot it was, could it be coolant or oil? it didnt really smell of anything but this is the second time in a week its been there

Probably dead bugs etc.....

U will be suprised to how much crap they splatter from driving!
