Stupid Download!

I was downloading something the other night which appears to be a virus or bad!

Was trying to get a program off of limwire and suprise suprise it didnt work and all i left with is pop ups on internet explorer and constant requests to connect or work offline!! Its driving me mad and i have no idea how to remove this!

never download a zip, exe, or any exicutable file off of limewire.... its just too untrustworthy....
get hold of a few FREE programs off the net.....
AVG anti virus, free
Ad-aware free version
Spybot search and destroy, free

give them a run and it should sort out most of your problems
if however you have already tryed the above and you still havnt got rid of it you might have to go and buy somthing to shift it

all the above can be found on there respective home sites...or at download.com

Download Hi-jack this (download from filehippo.com) run the scan and copy and paste the contents in here.

Will tell you what is is on there that shouldn't be
