Stupid Question!

Ive got a Piper-x induction kit on my valver and i was wondering how many miles after its on does it need to be cleaned?? Also is it just a case of taking it off washing it and shoving it back on, and whats the spray for you get with it??

If its anything like my PiperX panel filter it says clean after 36,000 miles. The spray is oil which catches the dirt. Give it a good squirt all over after youve washed & dried the filter.
