Man I didnt realise you were on cliosport mate?? I used to hang around with Andrew when i was younger!
but saw ur car about alot as i live down Beech Lane (didnt see it on the road much tho!!) and thought I would let all the cliosport pplz know as I wasnt sure if u were on here and a s/ced V6 is bloody rare!!!!
What happened to ur exige?? And i own a clio but its in need of repairs atm!! How I would love to go out in that one day mate!!!!!!!!! Id pay for petrol for a wizz down lower earley way?!!?!?! hehe

Im in the Exige at Thruxton next week - its just had a new motor fitted and an UCR gearbox - mate of mines got it and its mow running 230bhp up from 190 so should be a giggle

Heres the latest engine shot, though this might have changed by next week......theres a rumour that Im starting that Mikes fed up with low mpg and is going for something along the diesel lines......

Wasnt the original Renault plan for the V6 to make it twin turbo or did I read it wrong all those years ago?

Er MD of something and very old so I had time to save up!!!
Not slidey at the rear at all with Mk2 subframe, dropped springs, rear anti roll bar and cut slicks!!! (understeer is still an issue and Im dropping down to a thinner (standard) front anti roll bar - the Mk2 one is to stiff/safe)
It launches in the dry without to much smoke either and has a group N clutch so no smells from there either!
It has a bulkhead so its dead quiet - Tims the one with ear trouble as he has no covers and no bulkhead!!
The car can deal with the horsepower comfortably with the new chassis mods - the gearbox/diff is another matter and the weak link really - Im putting the Mk2 g/box in and a larger charger in a couple of weeks - trying to keep up with Tims nos install before he gets it mapped properly!

ditto.. but... theres a guy thats spending the money on all the right stuff! Wouldnt be the same unless we had people pushing the boundaries of reality out like these guys.. great stuff!! Couldnt fail to notice the back of the Ferrari through the Perspex window either!! (another one of Mike Ts toys?) : )

Best kept secret is that you can get a rebuit f355 challenge car (left hooker) for a little over £40k from the right people (the people that do my car) which has to be a very attractive proposition up against the TVRs/Boxsters of this world. The service bills are a bugger though!!

Well... I know this is off the subject (slightly) ...talking about breaking the laws of modifying!! Mike.. have you thought about a jet engine yet? Something like the one on this bike!! (u gotta scroll down about half way!! Do u reckon u could hear this thing coming??lol) Havent had a chance to listen to the sound clip on there yet... incase my speakers on my pc rip off! : )
