Hi guys,

I m looking for the coilover kits for my Clio 2 172 Ph2, not only for track but also daily use, not too uncomfortable. Can be lower a little bit compared to the standard.

Got some options as below:

1. H&R coilover kits (29389-1(CB0/CB1) or 29389-2(CB21/CB22)?), will it come with top mounts?

2. AST Sportline2 - found 3 versions in Kamracing, maybe road one can meet the requirement?

Or anyone can recommend others?

Bit of a price difference there! What's the budget? Ultimately AST 1's would suffice for a road car.

Got another option, how about B14 PSS? compared to H&R, which is better for track??

For comfy daily use I would go for H&R or Bilstein B14 or better still some new cup shocks and cooksport springs.

And given the number of people with reliability issues recently I would avoid like the plague the Spax ones personally if you come across them when googling even though they are quite cheap (560 ish for non coilover rear and 650 with).

How about FK's ? compared to b14 and H&R, its height/damper adjustable. and similar price

Lol. That's like comparing chalk and cheese. Except your paying the same price for the chalk. Cheap coilovers that are adjustable so they bang the price up. You don't need to be able to adjust the settings on a well developed damper. My B14's are perfect for the road.

Decided to go for H&R which seems the springs are harder than B14 and dampers are the same.
But not sure which one is for Clio mk2 ph2 2002 172? (29389-1(CB0/CB1) or 29389-2(CB21/CB22)?)

And also, anyone recommend the top mounts? some said PMS one is good, but I can't find and website selling it, and any other options? please

The pure Motorsport ones are on their own website. I like them.
