suspension on a cup

i want to uprate the suspension on my cup, I had H&R coilovers on my last car but the ride was just to hard for an every day car.

so its springs and dampers, just interested in what ppl have got and would recomend?

What I have: Koni sports, Eibach sports, geometry fixes (camber bolts front, shims back). Best money I have spent on the car so far.

The H&R coilovers i fitted to loony172s car are superb.

THey are non adj on the damping side but are height adj. Fantastic quality, and on the rd pratically superb.

stiffer, but still lovingly supple, hold the rd fantastically and well, just about all you need for the rd.

And a lack of ADJ on the damping side means most muppets dont get to mess about and create a weird handling car.

the H&Rs are the most supply coilover conversion i have been in, the rest bounce about, but this really smooths out the rd.

i HIGHLY reccomend it.

l

ike i said, already had them, wanted to get away from coilovers on the clio, and just go with springs and dampers.

Ah right, thought you mean you had them on another car, i.e. not a clio.

But normal springs and dampers are hard and bouncy in comparison.
