Suspension part ident help

Whilst jacking my car up I noticed the item in the photo appeared to be not attached to the vehicle structure. There is a hole in the frame where I assume a bolt, but etc... is fitted.
Popped to renault and the part itself and attaching parts were not listed/populated against my car.
So, does anyone know what it is and how it is attached?

It's just the subframe support bracket.

Looks like the bolt has sheared off inside it's hole.
