Swapping old pc to new pc

I got a new pc for Christmas. Obviously the old pc has my itune account and all my stuff on my iPhone on it. What's the easiest way to transfer it all across onto the new pc ?

or as its backed up in the cloud, do I just plug Iphone into new pc, download iTunes, then will ask me
to transfer everything over onto iTunes.

Don't want to mess it up and loose everything so thought if ask
