switching two ECU´s in my Clio?

Can I use my new Renault Sport Groupe "N" ECU for trackdays and standard ECU for daily driving without imobiliser problem? Is it there any problem to switch ECU´s every week?

Idea was that standard ECU provides: less consumption and smaller motor load. Or am I wrong?
