Sync contacts with address book

Ive managed to sync my contacts from my address book and all my iCal info on to my phone but does anyone know how to get the contacts I had on my phone before, onto my computer?

Do I have to manually type them up on the computer,add another info then delete them from the phone and re-sync?

Hope that makes sense.

Its a Nokia 6301+im on mac btw.

Hmm wierd, it doesnt say. When i put a photo into Lightroom or Photoshop all the EXIF data is blank. Its a s**t camera anyway.
