Talk Talk hub just "dies" ???

  "Navy" N17 TWO
Our internet at home was workin perfectly well all day yesterday, then all of a sudden the hub lost power - no lights or sign of life.

Tried everything, plugged it in somewhere else in the house, checked fuse even tried a different power adapter.

Rang TT and they are sending out a new hub.

Meanwhile, is it true I won't be able to use our old BT Home hub to get online?
The wireless connects to it fine with full signal but when you try connect to the internet it says "there is a problem with the DNS server".

Anyone experienced this or able to shed any light on it?

Cheers
Trev

BT Hub wont work on a talktalk line, so that's why it doesnt work.

I assume TalkTalk is ADSL. The old BT unit should work, but you would have to configure it up with the login details for your TalkTalk line.
