I HAD to take the bumper off and drop the axle, theres n other way of doing it as a standard system was going back on. They are 1 peice cat back!
New clamp and it'll be sorted, s**tty Renault clamp that has done 52k was never gonna go back on

You're lucky you didn't crack/damage the bumper then. I didn't want to risk it TBQFH.
Like Dave said, twas the only way, and although I was bugger all help...its a lot less hassle than dealing with a cracked bumper.

Weighs a sodding ton....and i didn't even take the rear bumper off. Needed a gearbox cradle jack just to support the rear beam!
