Tell me about...Machine Polishers

  Audi TT 3.2 V6
I seem to be making an awful lot of threads this afternoon. But hey-ho.

I'm considering getting a machine polisher. Can anyone recomend one in particular? Also which products/pads would i be best starting off with? I have some swirl marks that need correcting and a few light scratches on the side skirts that need clearing up.

Thanks alot, Russ

that looks very good. do we get discount with i4detailing?

I presume the 3 polishs/pads supplied (restore/enhance/final finish) are capable of removing swirls and scratches? (well the restore polish anyway).

The Sonus SFX kit is ideal for beginners, the pads are very easy to use, and the piolishes break down nice and easy. It polish will struggle to remove any deeper defects but create a really impressive shine.

If you are looking for a bit more correction then I'd personally go with the Menzerna polishes will give ultimately better result both in terms of cut and finish, especially correction on harder paints. The polishes use a harder more uniform abrasive so can be worked longer.
