Temp Guage

If I wire up a steering wheel stalk adaptor for my Alpine H/U will the temp guage come back on or is there something else I can do?

the temp guage should always stay on

if not there is a problem with the general electrics of it

the steering wheel stalk adaptor will not have any effect on this

I thought there might be a problem as I know ClioJohn and his is working fine. Mine stopped working as soon as i put in my old pioneer and i just assumed you needed an adaptor. Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

nope, mine worked even without a wing mirror, have you checked the fuses ?????

Is the clock working, if not you may have knocked the plug out, otherwise its a problem with the elctronics as the clock and sensor are on the same wire.

Yeah the clock works fine. Any ideas on how to check the electronics. I know its not vital so im not gonna spend money on it but if I can fix it myself then ill be happy.
