Wondering if anyone had read through this...

http://www.theverge.com/2015/4/29/8...omparison-dropbox-icloud-flickr-onedrive-free

I did use OneDrive but had two issues with it…

1) There doesn't seem to be a reliable way of linking to forums (link expires after a few hours)
2) I hate having location services permanently turned on; needs a ‘on whilst using app’ option, although I appreciate this might not bother others!

Does anyone know if the services mentioned in the article do not have my issues?

I just use Photobucket. Must have been on there for at least 10 years now, really need to get some organisation done!

I use dropbox for everything. Piss easy to use, can just save files straight into it and linking images for forums is a simple right click away.

Flickr.
You get 1tb free storage iirc. Can link for forums, upload via mobile, download original upload to other devices.
More than what's needed

Okay maybe I'll try Flickr and see about the auto upload location settings.

@McGherkin don't want to pay for anything when there's so many free solutions!

Buy your own NAS drive and store it on your own "server" rather than a companies

Hang on just found out Photobucket actually do the auto upload thing too! Why did I never see that option... strangely it wants to upload about 800 photos when I only have about half that on my iPhone though, weird.
