Was based on the GM T platform, so underneth is a Vauxhall Chevette!.... which was sadly well known for rust.

Thats mad. That platform a has a huge model list and I did not realise it the Piazza was a part of it and that lasted till the mid 80’s (or even later for Latin America) considering how old the Chevette looked.

Somewhat attainable dream car for me is the gen 1 V10 R8, would love a manual V10, but would happily settle for a later s-tronic car. How was it?

Sound is amazing but felt very jumpy when taking off , Don't know if they all suffer that with the s-tronic.
