Building stuff, development work - it can get long in the tooth, especailly when you are making something totally different with no manual to follow - trust me I know
I think the entire front end has been off my car now at least a dozen times to experiment with different parts = many 3am finishes.
However, step back, remember how much enjoyment you get from the car and it all seems worth it. Nothing however makes it more worth it than when you start it up and go for a drive

so there i was, thinking "well i've just bought some pole positions, i wonder if anyone else has them".. and at the same time thinking "its a shame the shells have been painted pastel blue, i cant see it going with silver"
