the love came back...
i loved the car... it had no problems during and after our EPIC roadtrip, very happy
however i went out to it this morning and it appears my car doesn't like england, a very sticky (dangerous) accelerator pedal meant i could drive it today, because of this and some other bits i want to sort i think the car is being taken off the road as of today
after such a high of last week..its a shame. but it will come back stronger

So are you gona give us a bit of information on what will be happening to her over the next few weeks or months?
I love the project as its an inspriation to me as to what can be done and gives me good ideas as to what i could do with mine

yeah mate i will probably be keeping the thread updated slowly as and when stuff happens, its very kind of you to say its an inspiration, i think the same with yours and the other guys...i want to get to a very lightweight state and you seem well on the way

sorning the car and having the passat to run around in has opened up the possibilities for the clio, i no longer have to rush to get stuff done, i can take my time and get things perfect

nah feck that - if it's capable it's always nice to take it for a quick blast - if it's in pieces different matter though. Being the police magnet it is, I wouldn't venture out of my car park an inch if it were sorn

is that at me or Neil, salty? i has no monies to tax it though, or even put fuel in it! home ownership has its down sides do you get much interest from police? ive never been stopped in this car, would say every other week in my previous car's

the car will only be moving from the cottage to my friends unit, there it will stay until its done

i need to start dismantling the car around mid july for some work to start, i may be able to start it at the cottage so maybe the first few weekends in july i will start at the cottage get as much off with it still being drivable...
you need your spare wheel and shocks back. FK have been a little slack on getting back to me as of yet
