Nice project,

Have a few questions for you.

Rear brakes look like 197calipers? But what discs did you use?

I assume the new final gear for the box lower than stock but from what gearbox/car?

Explain please Fred? He has what look's like the only way to tension the belt with the ecentric part facing to the right of the picture giving tension. Are you saying he has tensioned it anti clockwise when he should have done it clockwise?

the hex bit should be at the top at 12 o'clock, on that its at about 3 or 4 o'clock!

you can just about see it here (ignore the upper idler, that's our special one ;))

it can't be tensioned right......you can't see the marks as they're obscured

Had me worried, common sense really, get the two mark's lined up and your good, same as any old ecentric tensioner...phew.

Is that an upper pulley to suit a skimmed head Fred?
